Athleta in Tampa is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll educate shoppers about products, deliver exceptional service, and support omnichannel experiences to build loyalty.

Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, and create a positive, flexible work environment for a dynamic retail team.

Formación

• Customer service excellence and ability to engage with customers across channels.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Retail sales experience or knowledge of fashion/apparel preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service that fosters brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omni‑channel engagement.
• Support store operations including fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
