Job summary

Books A Million in Whitehall, PA is seeking a friendly 2nd & Charles Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with questions and orders at the register. You will handle sales, operate the POS system, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

You'll also help with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards, while supporting other departments as needed and adhering to loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and orders; operate cash register.
• Sell products and participate in POS initiatives.
• Restock and merchandize according to guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reset displays as required.
• Assist in other departments including buyback, receiving shipments, and inventory tasks.
