Books A Million is seeking a 2nd & Charles Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers, and perform efficient cashiering. The role involves selling products, supporting store programs, and keeping the sales floor organized and stocked.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to loss prevention while collaborating with team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.
• Experience with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and orders; provide efficient cashiering.
• Sell products and participate in store programs (Text 2 Mobile, Educator programs, etc.).
• Restock and merchandise products on the sales floor per guidelines and timelines.
