Job summary

The N2 Company in Irving, Texas seeks a seasonal Binding & Packaging Associate for our Print facility. The role runs mid-October through January 2027, with potential for permanent employment. It is a full-time, hourly position in a union-friendly environment.

Expect a Monday–Thursday schedule, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am CST, and overtime as needed. You will ensure magazines are bound and packed to high quality standards, contributing to efficient production operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team.
• Able to lift more than 35 pounds.
• Hands-on approach to work with a flexible, coachable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bound magazines to ensure quality standards.
• Strap bundled publications securely and place them in mail totes or pallets.
• Pack and organize mail pallets according to packing standards.
• Move completed or incomplete pallets to designated mailing zones.
• Perform other duties to support mailing and production operations.
