Job summary

The N2 Company in Irving, TX, is seeking a 2nd Shift Press and Binding Operator to keep our printing and finishing operations running smoothly. The role starts on the second shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:15 pm to 1:30 am CT, with a pay rate of $21/hr and growth opportunities.

You will operate press, binding, and production equipment, follow production schedules, perform quality checks, and maintain safety and 5S practices in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating printing, binding, or finishing equipment.
• Ability to follow production schedules with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical skills and minor adjustments.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Willingness to work second shift (Mon–Thu, 3:15 pm–1:30 am).

Responsibilities

• Operate press, finishing, and production equipment to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow job instructions and monitor workflows for efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and report defects.
• Maintain stocked workstation to ensure steady production flow.
• Communicate equipment concerns to leadership and maintenance teams.
• Participate in shift handoffs with clear updates.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace (5S).
• Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
