Job summary

The N2 Company in Irving, Texas is seeking a seasonal Binding & Packaging Associate for our print facility. You will ensure magazines are bound and packaged to high quality standards; this is a full-time, non-exempt role running mid‑October through January 2027.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am CST, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate works well in a team, can lift more than 35 pounds, and remains flexible and coachable.

Qualifications

• A hands-on approach to work and the ability to lift more than 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bound magazines to ensure quality standards are met.
• Strap bundled publications securely and place them in the correct mail tote or mailing pallet.
• Pack and organize mail pallets according to packing standards.
• Move completed or incomplete mail pallets to the appropriate mailing zone.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support mailing and production operations.
