Job summary

The N2 Company in Irving, Texas, is hiring a seasonal Binding & Packaging Associate to ensure magazines are bound and packed to high quality. This full-time, hourly role runs mid-October through January 2027, with overtime as needed and a Monday–Thursday schedule (3:15 pm–1:45 am CST).

The right candidate will be able to lift over 35 pounds, work well in a team, and be flexible and coachable. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, and leave options.

Qualifications

• Seasonal, full-time, non-exempt hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bound magazines to ensure quality.
• Strap and secure bundled publications.
• Pack and organize mail pallets per standards.
• Move pallets to mailing zones.
• Support mailing and production operations as needed.
