Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking a Press & Binding Operator for our Irving Print Facility. The role is second shift (Mon-Thu, 3:15 pm–1:30 am CT), in-person, full-time, non-exempt, with a starting wage of $21/hr and opportunities for growth.

You will operate press, finishing, and production equipment, follow schedules, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, efficient work area. Applicants should be able to lift, move, and adhere to 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating production equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate press, finishing, and production equipment to meet daily goals.
• Follow job instructions and monitor workflows for accurate output.
• Perform quality checks and report defects.
• Maintain stocked workstation to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate equipment concerns to leadership and maintenance teams.
• Participate in shift handoffs for clear updates.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
