Job summary

Employbridge's Prologistix team in Orlando, FL is seeking a Seasonal/Bilingual Staffing Assistant to support branch operations with admin and customer service duties. The role offers on-site work, a base salary plus monthly bonus potential and opportunities to grow within a large staffing family.

You will greet candidates, screen inquiries, assist with onboarding, help payroll and payroll records, and support recruiting and HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office.
• Excellent customer service skills and diplomacy.
• Able to switch tasks and manage repetitive duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and serve as the first contact in the branch.
• Receive and screen visitors and inquiries and handle general requests.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire orientations for customers and staff.
• Support recruiting team to ensure complete applications.
• Coordinate, complete, and scan documents for workers' compensation claims.
• Process and update payroll records.
• Document unemployment terms and details in CRM.
• Create, process, and file purchase orders and invoices.
• Order supplies based on needs and budget resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
