Job summary

Midway Staffing in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for 1st Shift (Seasonal) to manage client-site staffing and onboarding. This onsite role starts immediately, with training beginning right away and a Monday/Tuesday–Friday schedule, plus special early Monday hours during peak season.

You will lead the day-to-day operations, build client and candidate relationships, and ensure smooth start-ups and accurate timecard processing. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Experience with MS Office or Google Suite; ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client site and be the go-to contact for the client and associates on your shift.
• Build relationships with clients and job seekers, and be the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support.
• Review resumes, interview candidates in person and by phone, and spot the right fit for each role.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans that hit seasonal hiring goals.
• Represent Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep the pipeline full.
• Own onboarding end to end, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keep every file complete and compliant.
• Lead first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time.
• Check in regularly with the client and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early, flexing hours when a check-in falls outside your window.
