Job summary

Midway Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Bolingbrook, IL. This seasonal, full-time role starts immediately, overseeing overnight operations at the client site and serving as the main point of contact for the client and associates.

You will supervise the overnight crew, ensure smooth handoffs to the morning team, and maintain a productive, safe, and compliant operation while communicating in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client site.
• Build real relationships with clients and job seekers for ongoing support.
• Review resumes, interview candidates in person and by phone, and spot the right fit for each role.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans to hit seasonal hiring goals.
• Represent Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep the pipeline full.
• Own onboarding end to end, from background checks to paperwork, maintaining complete and compliant files.
• Lead first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them on time.
• Check in regularly with the client and associates to maintain satisfaction.
