Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Onsite Supervisor for our Bolingbrook, IL client site, with weekly travel to Hobart, IN. The role runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at the client location.

You will manage day-to-day staffing, check-ins with associates, and onboarding end-to-end, while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Competitive pay is $22.50/hour plus bonuses, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Onsite staffing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day staffing at Bolingbrook site.
• Travel to Hobart, IN 1–2 times weekly to support associates.
• Build relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Review resumes and interview candidates.
• Lead onboarding and ensure compliance.
