Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to be the face of the branch, sourcing, screening, and pairing candidates with client needs. You’ll interview walk-ins, support onboarding, and keep placements moving with urgency.

This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $22.50/hour base with bonus and overtime, paid weekly, and a full benefits package. You’ll work with clients and candidates to ensure reliable staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or admin support preferred.
• Comfortable running in-person and phone interviews with attention to detail.
• Prior ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with clients and job seekers and match to roles so the placement sticks.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates and onboard new hires for quick placements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and Branch Manager on hiring strategy and career fairs to grow the local talent pool.
