Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for the Bolingbrook client site. This 2nd shift seasonal role runs Mon–Fri from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with training starting immediately.

You will manage day-to-day staffing operations, accept ownership of shift success, and maintain compliant onboarding and payroll processes. You will work in English and Spanish, build client and candidate relationships, and act as the main contact for associates on your shift.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or admin support; agency experience a plus.
• Available to start immediately and attend training.
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours for client checks.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client site and serve as the go-to contact for the client and all associates on shift.
• Build relationships with clients and job seekers for staffing needs and ongoing support.
• Review resumes, interview candidates in person and by phone, and identify the right fit for each role.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans to meet seasonal hiring goals.
• Represent Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep the pipeline full.
• Own onboarding end to end, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and file compliance.
• Lead first-day logistics to welcome and set up new hires for success.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and ensuring timely approvals.
