Job summary

American Girl is seeking a professional Seasonal Bilingual Department Assistant to support administrative operations at our DeForest Distribution Center during peak season. You will serve as a key contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and partners while aiding DC leadership and teams.

This temporary role runs November through December with Monday–Friday hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; some weekends may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an office or administrative support role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal/written communication.
• Excellent professional communication, including phone etiquette and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to DC employees and leadership for day-to-day operations.
• Greet visitors, vendors and guests and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen and route incoming calls; relay messages promptly.
• Maintain security procedures and visitor management.
• Create and organize DC records, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate supply orders and inventory levels.
