Job summary

American Girl is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Housekeeper to support our peak season at the DeForest Distribution Center in Wisconsin. You will maintain a clean, safe environment across offices, common areas, restrooms, breakrooms and warehouse spaces.

This temporary role runs October through December, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule; occasional extended hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in cleaning and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks across offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and warehouse areas.
• Maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment to high cleanliness standards.
• Dispose of trash and manage recycling according to procedures.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and closets are organized and stocked.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment for staff and visitors.
