Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Beverage Extraction Seasonal Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead daily production in a high-paced plant. You will supervise teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate with maintenance and quality. Bachelor’s preferred; 2+ years supervision; willingness to work weekends. Compensation is $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees, providing feedback, training, and performance guidance.
• Maintain and enforce safety policies, conducting regular safety checks and engaging employees in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency by monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
• Communicate clearly during shift handoffs, meetings, and daily production updates.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support seasonal staffing needs including onboarding, training, and team integration.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented environment aligned with company values.
