Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Beverage Seasonal Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead daily production in a fast-paced facility. You will supervise teams, coach staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to meet KPIs and schedule targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of supervisory work in manufacturing, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and 5S is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees, providing feedback and training.
• Maintain and enforce safety policies, conduct regular safety checks, and promote safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency by monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
• Communicate clearly during shift handoffs and daily updates.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support seasonal staffing including onboarding and training.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment aligned with company values.
• Perform other duties across shifts as required.
