Compensation is $75,000 annually, with final pay dependent on skills and experience. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to reach shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Oversee, coach, and support production employees with feedback and training.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety checks with staff.
