Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead production teams, ensure safety and quality adherence, and partner with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexible hours and peak-season coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or related methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Oversee, coach, and support production employees with feedback, training, and performance guidance.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety checks with staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency by monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
• Communicate during shift handoffs, meetings, and daily updates.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support seasonal staffing including onboarding and training.
