Bluemercury, a Macy’s, Inc. brand, is seeking a Beauty Expert at our Santa Monica store. You will provide expert beauty advice, build client relationships, and drive sales through personalized recommendations and in-store demonstrations.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, retail experience, weekend/evening flexibility, and up-to-date beauty knowledge. We offer commissions/bonuses, merchandise discounts, PTO, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of direct retail experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and staying updated with trends and products.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
• Self-motivated, can adapt to changing priorities.

• Build client relationships and provide welcoming, inclusive service.
• Possess extensive knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
