Bluemercury is seeking a passionate Beauty Expert to enhance customer experiences with expert advice and personalized service. You will build relationships, share product knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, and tailor recommendations to individual needs while driving sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably beauty.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Beauty knowledge and interest in trends is a plus.
• 1–2 years of direct experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships: create personalized connections with customers.
• Share Your Product Expertise: know skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrances.
• Customize Recommendations: tailor products to client needs and skin types.
• Sales & Promotion: drive sales; promote loyalty programs and events.
• Support Inventory Management: assist in stock and store presentation.
• Participate in Educational Workshops: lead or join in-store sessions.
