Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a consultative approach and expert knowledge of beauty brands. You will engage clients, upsell where appropriate, and maintain in-store visual standards in accordance with Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, staying current on beauty trends, completing required training, and supporting inventory, merchandising, and omni-channel processes within the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence customers and upsell when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Showcase products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual standards and inventory, including tester upkeep.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervision.
