You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products and trends, and complete trainings to expand knowledge. The role requires flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty or cosmetic retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
