Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl's Sephora standards.

You will build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, and demonstrate products to customers while staying updated on trends.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
