Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to educate clients.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual and operational standards.
• Support inventory management and replenishment from receipt to sale.
• Assist with omni-channel processing within the department.
• Support test tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene.
• Communicate missed or damaged product or fixtures to the supervisor.
