As part of Sephora at Kohl's, you will support replenishment, visual standards, and omni-channel processes. The role requires strong product knowledge, communication, and flexible availability including weekends

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upselling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual standards and merchandising.
• Support omni-processing and department operations.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including stock and price changes.
• Report missed or damaged product or fixtures to supervisor.
