Kohl's Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through genuine beauty expertise and a consultative approach. You will identify client needs, demonstrate products and upsell where appropriate, while upholding visual standards and inventory processes.

In this role you’ll engage daily with customers, maintain brand knowledge, complete required training, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. Availability on days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and upsell by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to the client.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including stock counts.
• Report missed or damaged product to the supervisor.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards.
