Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Assist with cashier tasks, online orders, and exchanges as needed.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and adhere to procedures and compliance standards.
