Job summary

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Contribute to meeting store goals in sales and loyalty programs.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandise resets and displays.
• Keep work area replenished and testers available.
