Job summary

The role supports leadership through service and sales performance, events, and training participation, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online order support.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
• Follow store policies, dress code, and loss prevention best practices.
