Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide product knowledge, and support in-store events. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and handle cashier duties to drive sales.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• High school diploma is preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging customers and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks, returns and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and support merchandising and events.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to deliver guest experiences.
