Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier duties, stock fixtures, and support store operations. The position requires a passion for beauty, the ability to engage guests, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales.
Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot and work well both independently and in a team.
High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges and online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
Book appointments for services and in-store events.
Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
