Job summary

Kohl's Sephora inside is looking for a Beauty Advisor who will drive sales through genuine passion for beauty and by understanding client needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, assist with inventory and visual presentation, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the in-store

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment.
• Notify supervisor of damaged products or missed fixtures.
