Pursuit in Alaska is hiring a seasonal Production Lead for Spring/Summer 2027. This full-time role begins in April 2027 with a starting wage of $26.00/hour.

You will oversee, instruct, and participate in the preparation of menu items for dining room service, banquets, and weddings, coordinating with chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead prep cooks, maintain FIFO, ensure cleanliness of the production area, and supervise menu items for events while collaborating with staff

Formación

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely.
• Knowledge of FIFO and rotation procedures.
• Work as a team member with kitchen and service staff to ensure guest service.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, Alaska Food Workers card.
• ServeSafe Manage certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct Prep Cooks in their duties.
• Lead prep team in daily production of menu items, maintaining pars, following FIFO.
• Maintaining cleanliness and operation of production area.
• Ensure proper handling of food according to health codes.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Events Manager, prepare and cook menu items for banquet events and weddings.
• Supervise menu and shift change over.
• Assist Sous Chefs in BOH Operations as needed.
