Job summary

Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. is hiring a Production Lead for our Alaska operations.

This full-time seasonal role begins in April 2027 with a starting wage of $26.00/hour, reflecting our commitment to guest service and quality dining at iconic locations across Alaska. You will oversee menu production for dining room service and banquets, lead prep staff, ensure FIFO and health code compliance, maintain production area cleanliness, and coordinate with the Executive Chef and Events

Qualifications

• Must have Alaska Food Workers card.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Knowledge of FIFO and rotation procedures.
• Ability to work with kitchen and service staff to ensure guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead prep team and daily production of menu items, maintaining pars and following FIFO.
• Instruct prep cooks in their duties and supervise shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of production area and ensure health code compliance.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and Events Manager to prep and cook items for banquets and weddings.
