Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring seasonal team members across Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood, plus counter support. This role supports busy seasonal periods and weekend shifts.

You will deliver extraordinary guest service, merchandize products, weigh and scan items, handle cash, assist guests, and help maintain clean, welcoming store areas while upholding safety standards and uniform guidelines.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service across departments and help guests create meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products throughout the store and assist nearby guests.
• Weigh, scan, and cash handle; provide change when appropriate.
• Gather carts and assist in housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat solutions; maintain quality levels.
• Present a professional appearance in uniform.
