Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to work across Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, as well as counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. These roles require a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

You will engage with guests to learn their needs, stock and merchandise products, weigh and scan items, and assist across departments to ensure a hospitable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments and assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests throughout the store.
• Weigh, scan, handle cash and provide change when appropriate.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintain clean store areas.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and meal solutions; maintain quality levels.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
