Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support store operations across Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery or Meat & Seafood departments.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, merchandise products, weigh and scan items, assist guests, and maintain clean, organized departments. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for extraordinary service and guest satisfaction.
• Minimum age requirements: 16+ (18+ for certain departments).
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan, and handle cash accurately; provide change when needed.
• Assist with housekeeping duties and maintain a clean store environment.
