Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood departments.

You will provide exceptional guest service, merchandise and stock products, weigh and scan items, handle cash, assist with housekeeping, and maintain professional appearance in uniform. Availability includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays during key seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age or older (18 for certain departments)
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests in meal solutions
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items
• Weigh, scan and cash handling where applicable
• Assist in general housekeeping and guest assistance throughout the store
• Slice and prepare department meats, cheeses, and ready-to-eat items
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
