Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. This temporary role helps stores during peak periods and requires a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Team members provide friendly guest service, merchandise and stock products, weigh and scan items, and assist with general housekeeping.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age, or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and help guests find meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products; assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan items, and handle cash transactions as needed.
• Slice and prepare deli meats and cheeses while maintaining quality.
• Keep a neat appearance and comply with uniform standards.
