Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments.

You will provide outstanding guest service, merchandise products, and assist with checkout and store upkeep. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age (18 for Deli, Bakery, Produce)
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for providing extraordinary service

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service across departments
• Merchandise and stock products; assist guests throughout the store
• Weigh, scan, and ring up items; handle cash and provide change where appropriate
• Assist with cart retrieval and general housekeeping duties
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and prepared meals as needed
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards
