The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter roles in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. You’ll provide excellent guest service, stock and merchandize shelves, and help with department food preparation and safety.

These temporary positions require a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Formación

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Age 16+; 18+ for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding guest service and help guests select meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests across departments.
• Handle cash, weigh and scan products, and provide change when needed.
• Keep aisles tidy, gather shopping carts, and assist with general store duties.
• Slice and prepare department meats and cheeses and maintain product quality.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
