Job summary

Encore is seeking a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems for hotel events in Orlando. You will ensure high-quality service, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with clients and staff to meet on-site needs.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, live operation, and post-event invoicing, with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional standards. This seasonal role offers full-time benefits, overtime, and hands-on training, ending May 2027.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements per Encore’s program.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships with guests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues quickly and professionally.
• Complete system entry and paperwork, and coordinate with staff/vendors for equipment.
