Job summary

Encore in Orlando is hiring a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems in a hotel environment. The role offers full-time benefits, overtime, and hands-on training, with a May 2027 expected end date.

The candidate will assist with equipment setup, guest service, and on-site troubleshooting while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate systems entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days, with documented proof.
• Internal applicants must meet Encore’s training and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues as they arise.
• Accurately enter orders, manage paperwork, and coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Assist with invoicing and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
