Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator in Indianapolis to help maintain a safe environment for customers and associates. The role supports safety initiatives, investigates incidents, and collaborates with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Asset Protection Manager and local law enforcement, leveraging RFID and reporting tools to implement shrink reduction strategies and ensure accurate security reporting.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Valid security license is required for this role in select jurisdictions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data, conducting package checks, and responding to alarms in our Employee Service Area.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and other reporting tools.
• Complete accurate and timely incident, investigation, and security metric reports.
• Assist store teams and connect with local law enforcement.
