Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to help maintain a safe store environment for customers, teammates, and assets. You’ll support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the Asset Protection Manager, store leadership, and local law enforcement to drive security measures and data-driven improvements across store operations.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• A valid security license is required for certain locations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and other reporting tools.
• Complete incident, investigation, and security metric reports.
• Assist in training store teams on asset prevention and coordinate with management and law enforcement.
