Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to maintain a safe environment for team members, customers and assets.

You will support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, conducting investigations, training store teams on asset prevention, and coordinating with local law enforcement.

Competenze

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• A valid security license is required in specified locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Calm and professional approach to handling safety situations.
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership and law enforcement.

Mansioni

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and other reporting tools.
• Complete incident, investigation, and security metric reports.
