Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; preferred two years in an office setting.
• Experience recruiting, screening and coordinating volunteers is valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly with donors and volunteers in English.

Responsibilities

• Interview, recruit, screen and select volunteers for the Angel Tree program.
• Post volunteer listings and manage staffing at malls and distribution sites.
• Coordinate angel orders, donor pick-ups, and volunteer schedules.
• Maintain volunteer records, statistics and reports for the program.
• Assist with client interviews, database entry and an appreciation program.
