Qualifications

• Must have Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all banquet service operations and events.
• Supervises and trains the banquet service staff.
• Communicates with meeting planner to ensure needs are met.
